  • Mobile ordering significantly enhances guest convenience by eliminating common friction points associated with traditional room service, such as the need to wait on hold to place orders. This ease of use typically results in increased room service orders and revenue. Additionally, by providing a streamlined in-hotel ordering system, guests are more likely to order from the hotel’s services rather than using third-party delivery apps, thereby boosting internal revenue.

  • Implementing our system involves no initial set-up or onboarding fees. Ongoing costs include a merchant service fee of 2.9% plus $0.30 per order, and a digital fee of 1% per order, amounting to a total of 3.9% + $0.30 per order.

  • Absolutely. With MicroMetrics, guests can effortlessly place restaurant orders from anywhere, whether on or off the property, using our versatile guest communication channels such as WiFi, SMS, and QR/Web Workflows. This system ensures a seamless ordering experience for all guests.

  • Hotels or their associated restaurants can directly manage menu availability via their dashboard. Should an order be placed for an item that has just been removed or hidden, the hotel has the ability to reject the order via their dashboard. Additionally, in instances where an item is out of stock but the guest still desires the order, Getit can coordinate with the hotel to issue a partial refund. The hotel is responsible for addressing any food-related inquiries from guests.
